Innovate4DigiJobs is an innovation challenge to create decent employment opportunities for youth in Rwanda’s digital economy. Led by the ILO and the Rwanda ICT Chamber, the initiative supports innovative, scalable solutions that empower young people and promote inclusive digital transformation.

What are we looking for?

Innovate4DigiJobs seeks bold, practical innovations that create decent jobs for young people in Rwanda’s digital economy. We welcome proposals in two areas:
- Skills for decent jobs in the digital economy: including digital, core, and entrepreneurial skills that prepare youth for the labour market;
- Business development services that support businesses to grow through the use of digital technologies. Proposals may focus on piloting new approaches or scaling up proven initiatives, with a clear strategy for impact and sustainability.
