Hub, Incubators and Capacity Building Association
This is a gathering of IT business organizations/institutions that provide training, coaching, incubation, and mentorship services program to individuals or established companies in the ICT sector. The aim of this membership category is to facilitate and strengthens ecosystem technology by lowering cost of entry of startups and entrepreneurs wishing to start their businesses but they also provide a pipeline of highly competent human resource to the ecosystem.
