Finance Expert, EdTech Fellowship Program

Provide specialised financial coaching and technical support to eight Rwanda-based EdTech companies during the Fellowship acceleration phase.

• Implement and optimise accounting systems so fellows produce reliable monthly financial statements.
• Build customised Excel financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenarios) with user guides for each company.
• Coach founders on interpreting statements, cash runway, fundraising readiness, and donor reporting.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Expert, EdTech Fellowship Program

Embed rigorous impact measurement into the Fellowship and help eight EdTech fellows build practical, data-driven MEL frameworks.

• Facilitate Theory of Change workshops and peer review sessions with each participating company.
• Support fellows to adopt monitoring frameworks that measure outcomes and track learning impact.
• Work with the Fellowship MEL Manager across a six-month engagement (July–November 2026).

Safeguarding, Gender, and Data Protection Manager, EdTech Fellowship Program

Lead safeguarding, gender inclusion, and data protection for the Fellowship, supporting eight EdTech companies that reach children and other vulnerable users.

• Develop the Fellowship Safeguarding and Gender Framework aligned with Mastercard Foundation standards and Rwandan law.
• Help each fellow adopt a practical safeguarding policy, risk tools, consent processes, and reporting channels.
• Build lasting capacity on child protection, gender inclusion, and personal data protection (12-month full-time role).
