Mr. Ernest Kayinamura
Chairperson
Ernest Kayinamura is the CEO of Hexakomb Ltd and Member Board Of Directors at Green Hills Academy. He has an MBA from the Babson College Graduate School of Business, Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut. Before joining Hexakomb, Ernest served as Director of Information and Communication Technology at Enel Green Power North America that he joined after 7 years of service as an ICT Manager at Enel North America, Inc.Enel North America, Inc since 2004.
Mrs. Yvette Uwimpaye
1st vice chairperson
Yvette Uwimpaye is the CEO and founder of Murukali Online Market for groceries. She realized a gap in the use of technology to conveniently shop for groceries and have the goods swiftly delivered despite technological advancements in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the former National University of Rwanda (Huye Campus). Before founding Murukali Online Market, Yvette was the Deputy Chairperson at Rwanda E-Commerce Association, the position that is still active.
Mr. Albert Munyabugingo
2nd Vice Chairperson
Albert Munyabugingo is the co-founder and CEO of Vuba Vuba Africa Ltd, one of the companies that leads delivery companies with more orders placed in all major cities of Rwanda. He holds a bachelor degree from AUCA (Adventist University of Central Africa). Before founding Vuba Vuba Africa Ltd, Albert was serving as the Country Manager at Jumia Food Rwanda where he came in after 1 year of service as the Content Manager and Head of Customer Service at Hellofood Rwanda.

Mr.Christian Muhirwa
Chairperson
Christian Muhirwa is the CEO of BSC (Broadband Systems Corporation) with a long history in the Rwandan Internet community. He holds Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Post Graduate Diploma, Information Systems Management from University of Liverpool, and Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology. He is experienced in digital infrastructure development, establishing and developing long-term partnerships, and finding creative technical and business solutions to support growth of the Internet in Africa. Before joining BSC, Muhirwa was the Broadband Specialist at Rwanda Development Board (RDB) from 2010 – 2012 that he joined after 2 years working as ISP Engineer at MTN Rwanda.

Mrs. Ingabire Muziga Mamy

Ingabire Muziga Mamy is the Managing Director of Charis UAS and Member Board of Directors at Africa Goes Digital. She has contributed in using innovations to tackle some of the biggest challenges in Agriculture and in other various sectors including construction, Mapping, Powerline Inspection, health sector, Mining, film documentary, etc. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Life Sciences with a Major in Biotechnology from Midrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ingabire Mamy has also completed courses in Project Management and Virtual program of Leadership and Management. Before joining Charis UAS, Muziga was a Communications Specialist at Jhpiego.

Origene Igiraneza
Chairperson
Origene Igiraneza is the CEO of O’Genius Priority and Development Officer at JCI (Junior Chamber International). He holds a bachelor’s degree of science in Mechanical and Energy Engineering at KIST (Kigali Institute of Science and Technology). Back in the years, Origene was Executive Vice President Growth and International Relations at JCI (Junior Chamber International) and Deputy Coordinator & Program Director at ASPIRE DEBATE RWANDA.
Tadhim Uwizeye
1st Vice Chairperson
Tadhim Uwizeye is the founder and CEO of Olado Business Group, an e-commerce enterprise and she is a member of Young Leaders 2021Young Leaders 2021 French-African Foundation. Her 10 years of experience in the information and technology services focused on entrepreneurship and e-commerce. She holds a bachelor’s Degree in computer science and information systems management from University of Lay Adventists of Kigali (UNILAK). Before founding Olado, Tadhim was the Head of Operations at Jumia Rwanda and Startup Mentor at 250STARTUPS INCUBATOR.
Serge Tuyihimbaze

Serge Tuyihimbaze is the CEO at Leapr Labs, a community of scientists and technologists seeking to create impact by translating scientific research into societal solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Adventist University of Central Africa Adventist University of Central Africa and Mastering Design Thinking certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management. Before founding Leapr Labs, Serge was a Startups Incubation Specialist at 250STARTUPS INCUBATOR and mentor at FabLab Rwanda.
